What we never charge for

Changes outside the original agreement
- What it is: anything not in the original proposal, e.g. a new page, a new feature or changes to a design you've already approved
- Before we start: we tell you in writing how many hours it will take and what it will cost
- Approval: we only start once you agree in writing. You'll never see a charge you didn't approve
- Example: a new page that takes 3 hours costs €135
- Minimum charge 30 minutes. With a maintenance plan the hourly rate is €40
Security audit for a site or app you already have
- Who it's for: anyone who already has a website, e-shop or app, even if another company built it
- What we check: HTTPS and server configuration, known vulnerabilities in libraries, forms, accounts and access permissions, based on the OWASP Top 10
- What you get: a written report with findings ranked by severity and what needs to be fixed
- Prices: Website €590 · E-shop €890 · Web or mobile app from €1,290
- Fixes are not included. If you'd like us to handle them, we'll send you a separate quote. This is not a certified penetration test
Third-party costs
- Domain (e.g. yourbusiness.com): you buy it directly from a domain registrar, at their price
- Mobile apps: Apple Developer account ($99 per year) and Google Play ($25 one-time), as charged by Apple and Google
- Paid services, only if the project needs them, e.g. SMS, AI usage, premium plugins
- You pay all of these directly to the provider, and the accounts are in your name. We add no markup and no VAT
- We list everything upfront in the proposal
Our service prices exclude VAT (24%). Third-party costs are paid directly to the provider, at their price. The final price is locked in writing before we start.
Who owns the code?
You do. Once the project is paid in full, the source code, the design and all accounts are transferred to you. We don't lock you in to anything.
How can you be so much faster and more affordable?
AI handles the time-consuming work: repetitive code, tests, documentation. You don't pay for teams, offices and endless meetings. You pay for results.
Is AI-written code reliable?
Only if a human reviews it. That's why every change goes through human review, automated tests and a security check before it reaches you.
Do you do penetration testing?
In every project we run a security check based on the international OWASP standard: automated scans and hands-on attack tests, such as attempts to access another user's data, SQL injection and XSS. If you need a formal, certified penetration test (e.g. for banking, healthcare or a public tender), we coordinate it with an independent certified firm and fix whatever they find.
How does payment work?
Usually 40% at the start, 30% at the midpoint milestone and 30% on delivery. For projects under €1,500, 50% at the start and 50% on delivery.
What if I want changes halfway through?
Small changes are included. Bigger ones are quoted separately and only start after you approve them in writing. You'll never see a charge you didn't approve.
Do I have to get a maintenance plan?
No. But a website without updates and backups is like a car without servicing. Plans start at €59/month, with a 12-month minimum term. After that you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
Do we sign a contract?
Always. A project contract covering scope, timeline, warranty and confidentiality, plus a separate maintenance contract with clear response times.
