Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 September 2026

These terms govern your use of the neoqub.gr website. By using it, you agree to them. The framework for any specific project is set out in a separate, signed contract — these terms do not replace it.

1. Who we are

NeoQub builds websites, online shops, web and mobile applications, AI automations, and performs security reviews.

In progress: full company details (legal name, VAT number, tax office, company registry number, registered address) will be added once the company is formally incorporated.

2. Website content

The information here is informational. We make every effort to keep it accurate and current, without guaranteeing that it is always complete or free of error. We reserve the right to change the content without notice.

3. Prices and quotes

Prices shown on the site are indicative starting prices and do not constitute a binding offer. The final price depends on the scope of the project and is given in writing, after discussing your needs.

Every written quote is valid for 30 days from the date it is sent, unless stated otherwise within it.

All prices are net amounts. VAT and any withholding tax are calculated according to applicable Greek law and stated explicitly on the invoice.

4. The contact form

Submitting the form creates no obligation for either side. We reply in writing, usually within one business day. We reserve the right not to reply to messages that are obviously automated, abusive or unrelated to our services.

Using the form to send advertising, malicious code, or to attempt to overload the service is prohibited.

5. Intellectual property

The name "NeoQub", the logo, the design and the texts of this site belong to NeoQub and are protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction or commercial exploitation without written permission is not permitted.

Projects shown as work samples belong to their respective owners and are displayed for presentation purposes.

For client projects: upon full payment, the rights to the delivered code and design transfer to the client, as specified in more detail in the project contract. Third-party libraries and general-purpose tools are excluded and remain governed by their own licences.

6. Security reviews — what they mean and what they do not

The "security review" included in our services covers best-practice checks: connection encryption, security headers, access permissions, protection against common attacks, and dependency auditing.

It is not the same as a certified penetration test by an independent body, nor does it constitute a compliance certification. Nobody can guarantee absolute security in software. Where a client needs formal certification, we refer them to a specialist provider.

7. Limitation of liability

NeoQub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of this site. For projects, our liability is defined in each project's contract.

The site may contain links to third-party websites (for example the App Store or Google Play). We do not control their content and bear no responsibility for it.

We make every reasonable effort to keep the site available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation.

8. Personal data

How we collect and protect your data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. For any dispute, an amicable settlement will be sought first. If that is not possible, the courts of the company's registered seat have jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. The version in force is always the one published here, with the update date at the top. For active projects, the terms of the signed contract apply.
